Yes, we ship internationally to accommodate our London colleagues.

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate changes to an order once it’s been placed. Please reach out through the Contact page for any assistance.

Orders processed in the U.S. will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take between 7-16 days pending customs clearance. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

All gifts exceeding $50 before delivery charges require pre-approval by a Department Head. Approval for these expenses will still be handled through the Concur app.

To start a return, please reach out through the Contact page. Because these items are custom-made, we can only accept exchanges. Items eligible for exchanges must be unused, unworn or defective.
